Contract Lifecycle Management may be unfixable and remain broken as far as folks don‘t really care for contracts and their content and rather perceive then as an annoying obstacle and formality that, before signing, just blocks one side from getting paid and the other side from starting to work - of contracts are perceived as just an annoyance, to be forgotten after signing, folks will not handle CLM well. Right?
